How to build the GREATEST LEGS of all time!

I like Tyson Chandler.  Great defender and teammate.  BUT, these legs...how much better could he be if he squatted???


Legs.  A woman's favorite muscle group to train and a man's most ignored muscle group.
However, if you are training them incorrectly, you get NOTHING out of it.  And of course ignoring them allows you to walk around on stilts your whole life!  You do not get to build the house from the top down!  To build the greatest and most athletic legs of all time you need to watch the video below and perform these movements every week.  You should sprint 2x a week too.  There are hundreds of different training schemes to use when using these moves.  Contact me and I will design a scheme for you based on your goals.  Enjoy the VIDEO and DO NOT ignore those wheels any longer!
