Can you train effectively WITHOUT a gym?

So can you?  Is it possible to make progress without having an endless membership to the regular commercial, machine laden gym?
Well...YES it is!  Now I will be the first to tell you that the iron is my preferred way of choice when it comes to building the physique.  No question about that.  But what if you do not have access to a gym?  What if you are on vacation?  What will you do?

The answer lies in bodyweight conditioning.  Training WITHOUT the use of barbells, dumbbells, or kettlebells.  This style of bodyweight conditioning I am presenting does not even use pull up bars or dipping stations.  Your body is the only tool.  Check out these movements below.  When you are in a situation where a gym in not accessible, use these movements in a series to still build muscle and burn fat.  You can run a circuit of typically 4-8 movements that are timed from 20-40 seconds.  If you are feeling advantageous, you can definitely use longer intervals.  Use of these moves will promote you developing a much better physique than using lame machines or doing "cardio" classes.  Try it!
