WHY?

Why do you think you can eat whatever you want and still attain great health and a great physique?
Why do most people give HALF-effort in the gym?

Why do most men still only train chest and biceps...Do you want to look like THIS?



Why do most women still only use the elliptical and ultra light WEIGHTS?

Why do fitness INFOMERCIAL products offer you the body of a Greek god?  Why must they lie?

Why do people still fall for phony, FITNESS informercials?

Why do people want the EASY way out with fitness?  Why can't you stick it out and work HARD?

Why do people buy cigarettes and booze when they are DETRIMENTS to true fitness?

Why is HE considered a personal trainer?

Why do men not want to work hard and resort to THIS?

Why do AWFUL personal trainers severely outnumber GREAT personal trainers?

Why do most people place no VALUE in good health and fitness?

Why do you think you can join a gym, and claim to be getting into shape but still eat THIS often?

Why are Squats, Deadlifts, and Power Cleans being replaced with THIS?

Why do we only change our health habits when we hit ROCK BOTTOM?

Why do most people want a certified personal trainer to erase 20+ years of bad HABITS in mere weeks?

Why don't you TRAIN HARDER?

Why don't you comment on what you read here today?

Why must it be like this?  Don't worry...Fitman is working hard on changing things.
