Fit Tips #2: Movements of Life...

When was the last time YOU ran as fast you could?  And from the cops or after the ice cream truck does not count.


100% of the time if your weight training programs incorporates
Squats, Deadlifts, Lunges, Pulls, and Presses, you will have success.  100% of the time if your cardio consists of Sprints, Jumps, and Crawls, you will have success.  Use you the body the way it was designed to be used.  It would a pure crime against humanity if the body was designed to only stay sedentary 90% of the time as it does in our current culture.
