Fit Tips #1: The Key to a Flat Stomach...

This eating plan above has nothing to offer for someone looking for a flat stomach.

When you are beginning your training program, a goal that you may have (probably do!) is flattening your stomach.

Remember you have separate the feeling from what is real.  Yes Ab-Isolation movements will create a local burn in the abdominals, but without a properly cycled diet and a progressive training plan, the ab movements bring zero to the table.  The most important thing to do is to clean up your diet, train consistently with big compound movements and perform high intensity cardio to shrink your waistline.  Commit to the plan or you will be going nowhere fast with your physique goals.
