Fit Tips #3: I.N.C.

Commit to INC and watch beautiful things happen to your body.

There are three things that are required in order to change your physique.

Without the three, or only one or two of the three, you are setting yourself up for frustration and failure.  The three keys are:

Intensity:  You must train with a purpose and passion.  Stop looking for ways around this fact.  If you have a goal stick to the script and give everything in your training sessions.  Talking on the phone, watching those TV's, and taking excessive rest between sets lowers your intensity to ZERO.

Nutrition:  Your diet has more importance than the other two.  Far more.  A person with a proper diet will be able to change their body to look as they want it to.  A person with a typical American diet (refined carbs and saturated fat) will be running in circles as long as they are training.  If you want a stunning physique, you need a sound nutrtion plan.

Consistency:  Ideally I have found that 4 days a week training is perfect for someone trying to change their physique.  That is less than 4.5 hours a week!!!  There are 168 hours in one week.  If you cannot commit yourself to 4 hours a week of training, you cannot progress optimally.  When the results you are trying to attain do not come, it should not be a shock.  Training with inconsistency equals NO results.

The fact of the matter is that if you commit to the I.N.C, you will be F.I.T.
