Fit Tips #6: Phat Loss

It can happen if you follow the plan and commit.

The VAST majority of folk who come to the gym are there for one reason...
TO LOSE BODYFAT.  We must clarify a few things when it comes to the realities of fat loss:

1:  10-20+ years of bad eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle CANNOT be erased in 10 sessions.  Or 20.  OR 50!  Be prepared for a long journey to make your body fit and healthy.

2:  Do not think that you can train hard and then go eat gutter trash.  This a formula that will have you looking like that hamster in the cage...going NOWHERE fast.

3.  I.N.C (Intensity, Nutrition, Consistency) must be implemented or you might as well go home.  Body fat is stubborn and needs a thorough kick in the proverbial behind to be eliminated.  Train hard, eat clean, and be consistent.
