Fact 1: Squats, Deadlifts, Lunges, and Hip Thrusts will alter your leg development more than any other leg movements.
Most women LOVE leg workouts. Most men HATE leg workouts. And yet women do every move except the above 3, and men do none of the above. If you want glutes, hams, and quads that turn heads and are powerful, please add these to the mix. No program is complete without them. It would be like the Colts without Peyton.
Fact 2: High reps do not make you lean.
I hear this daily and the response I have is the same: ONLY your diet and intensity of your training will get you lean! There is no "get lean" program. It is actually quite simple to get shredded...cycle your carbs and train with purpose. The high rep program you are on cannot outrun poor eating habits and bad effort in the gym. Lower reps (3-6) at a higher intensity force the body to work harder and therefore burn more bodyfat. The moral of the story is to do real movements, lift heavy, run fast, jump high, eat clean, sleep, and repeat.
