Fitman's 14 Principles of Training...
- Consistency. This is the key. If you do not have consistency with your training and nutrition, you will never progress in your quest to be fit.
- Dedication. It is impossible to get to a goal without a high level of dedication. Do not let undedicated people bring you down.
- Understanding. It is important to understand that goals are not reached overnight. The human body needs time to adapt and change. Realize from the beginning that you will have to work overtime to reach your goal.
