Everyone is looking for fast answers and shortcuts to build their ideal physique. Most men want pecs and arms. Steroids and the like are available so men take them to shorten then journey despite the serious health risks. Most women want an enhanced bust and an enhanced backside. They travel and get doctored up into something abnormal and plastic. (Think Lil Kim) These infomercials and products I see daily have nothing to offer. The bottom line in fitness/health is this: Either you are going to commit to a better, healthier lifestyle, or you are going to continue make lame excuses and reasons as to why you are fat, out of shape, and in bad overall health. Years of poor eating and no exercise habits cannot be erased overnight! Abrasive? Yes it is! I love fitness and helping people. But the instant gratification mindset is a sore spot with me. That mindset has NO VALUE. In order for success in fitness to occur realize these things below:
1. You must have a PLAN
2. You must realize that it takes TIME
3. You must work HARD
The road to success is a long, arduous road. But better health and fitness is well worth it. Start walking today.
