Answers...Vol. 1

The Answers to MVP fitness lie below.

In this new article series, I will list the answers to the questions you have related to fitness.  Now I cannot read your mind (or can I?) so this is not a direct Q&A session.  It is more of my answers to questions I hear daily at the gym.  Let us get to the answers:


1.  BOSU Balls, Gravity Training, and Zumba cannot replace Free Weights and High Intensity Cardio.

2.  What you do not want to do in the gym (Train HARD) is EXACTLY what you NEED to be doing.

3.  Being lean and ripped starts at the table and then in the gym.

4.  Bench Press is not the ultimate move for a spectacular chest.

5.  There is no easy way out.

6.  Avoiding True Leg Days destroys your physique and makes you less of a man/woman.

7.  Every movement comes from the Elite 5:  Squat, Deadlift, Lunge, Push and Pull.

8.  If you have no goal, you literally are wasting your time at the gym.  95% of trainees have no plan.

9.  Intensity, Nutrition, and Consistency are your 3 best friends.  Believe in the I.N.C.

10.  Great abdominals do not come from crunches and gimmick "ab blasters."  Diet is king.

These are the first of many answers...do not be a slave to the commercial fitness game.  Think outside the box, educate yourself, or find a certified professional like Fitman for advice.  Start winning.
